Men's Ring Size Guide
Measure your finger at home in two minutes. Choose the method that suits you and your size updates as you type.
- Cut a strip of paper about 10 mm wide and 15 cm long. Thin string works too.
- Wrap it around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on. Mark where the end meets the strip.
- Lay the strip flat against a ruler and measure to the mark in millimetres.
- Pick a ring that fits the finger you're sizing for. Plain bands work best.
- Measure straight across the inside of the ring, edge to edge, in millimetres.
No ruler? Use your screen
Hold a bank card to the screen and drag until the outline matches its width. Then rest your ring on the circle and adjust the diameter above until they line up.
Screen sizes vary, so treat this as a guide. A ruler is more accurate.
Wider bands sit tighter, so we size them up half a size.
If your knuckle is larger, the ring must pass over it. We add half a size.
Measure warm
Fingers shrink in the cold and swell in the heat. Measure at the end of the day, when your hands are warm.
Measure twice
Repeat on a different day. If the two readings differ, go with the larger one.
Between sizes
Sit between two sizes and wearing a wide band? Size up. A slim band? Stay with the smaller.
