From Origins to ARMR: The Story Behind the Change

Change isn’t always easy — but sometimes, it’s exactly what you need to grow stronger.

If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know that we started as Origins Jewellery. It was a name that meant a lot to us — it represented where we come from, the stories that shape us, and the connections that make us who we are. But, as things turned out, we weren’t the only ones who loved that name.

After a long (and expensive) trademark dispute with a couple of much bigger brands, we had to make a choice: fight endlessly to keep Origins, or channel that same energy into building something new — something even more powerful.

We chose the latter.

And that’s how ARMR was born.

What ARMR Means

At first glance, ARMR looks like a simple word. But to us, it carries weight. It stands for protection, strength, and resilience — but also for vulnerability, courage, and honesty.

Because real strength isn’t about being untouchable. It’s about showing up every day, doing your best, and standing tall through whatever life throws your way.

That’s what ARMR represents.

While the name has changed, our purpose hasn’t.

But now, our name tells the story more clearly. ARMR isn’t about hiding behind something tough. It’s about what’s underneath — the strength, the imperfections, the humanity.

Losing the Origins name wasn’t the plan — but sometimes, a new direction reveals a truer path. ARMR feels right. It feels like who we were always meant to be: bold, enduring, and rooted in purpose.

We’ll keep doing what we’ve always done — crafting meaningful pieces for men who value authenticity and substance over trends. The only difference is now, we’ve got a name that reflects the strength behind everything we make.
